FAQ: Tiered Promo
How do I claim my free shipping?
Simply add 10 items into your cart and free shipping will be applied at checkout. Please note bundles only count as 1 item towards the 10. This discount can not be used in combination with the trade program discount.
How do I get my free samples?
Once you have added the required minimum of samples to your cart (12 samples), simply add one more sample to you cart and the lowest priced sample in your cart will be marked as free both in the cart and at checkout. For tier 3 once you have 16 items in your cart (1 of which is already marked free) simply add 1 more sample to your cart and the next lowest priced sample will be marked free. Please note the samples that are marked free are the lowest priced samples in the cart.
Can I combine these discounts with the trade program offering?
No, this discount will not be applied when using the trade program discount. The trade program is our best offer and thus cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Are the 2 free in Tier 3 inclusive of the 1 free in Tier 2?
Yes, each tier builds on the previous level. Starting at the first tier once you have 10 total samples in your cart you will get free shipping upon checkout. At the second tier once you put 12 samples in your cart the next one will be free, then for tier 3 when you have 16 samples in your cart (including the one free) you will get an additional sample for free. In total that is 17 samples for the price of 15 plus free shipping.
